Call for Content: The Digital Marketing Newsletter

FFWD Brands, a digital marketing company in Chicago, seeks industry partners and subject matter experts to share their knowledge by contributing to our digital marketing newsletter, The Web Uncovered. In this month’s edition we will be answering questions asked by our readers. Our readership consists of small & medium size business owners, decision makers and influencers. If you can shed light on any of the following subjects/questions, this is your opportunity to share your knowledge, build credibility and demonstrate your expertise.

If your content is featured in our newsletter, full articles will be posted on our blog, www.thewebuncovered.com, with a link back to your website and any other materials referenced in the post.

Questions asked by our readers in December:

  1. SEM: What is the quickest way to get more visibility on the search engines?
  2. Social Media: How can I begin utilizing social media to promote my business and generate opportunities
  3. Web Development: Our ecommerce website receives a significant amount of traffic, but the conversion rate has dropped significantly since 2008. Clearly the recession has a lot to do with it, but is there something we can do to optimize our site and begin converting more visitors?
  4. PR: Have press release distribution sites lost their effectiveness? We don’t get the response we once did from our PR content. What can we do to be seen and talked about like we once were?
  5. Paid Advertising/PPC: We have heard a lot about Facebook advertising and think it could be an effective advertising medium for our business. What strategies have worked for your clients and what should our expectations be within the first 4-6 months?
  6. E-mail Marketing – Trends in e-mail marketing for 2010 to increase opens
